This is an interesting cover. The RPO cancel is very hard to make out. The best we can do from it is "New York & Geneva", but this railroad post office was not in operation at this time. There is a very clear receiving cancel from Lancaster MA dated 1901, so there is not an error in the cancellation stamps, which means that the book I'm using as a reference is wrong or we are wrong is thinking it is from "New York & Geneva".
