The Roland Park & St. Helena Railway Post Office (RPO) was a streetcar route in Baltimore, Maryland that carried mail in the early 20th century. It was operated by the United Railways and Electric Company of Baltimore.
The RPO cancellation mark "ROL.PK.&St.Hel RPO" was applied to mail carried on the streetcars along that route between the Roland Park and St. Helena neighborhoods. The "Car 1" or "Car 2" designation in the postmark indicates which specific streetcar the mail was sorted and canceled on.
